They don’t use a P.O.S system there’s the tip off. Using the old fashioned guest checks ,the mob owner can really juggle those numbers. I’ve been in the business over 50 years and seen it all,including my friends restaurant where his mother had her own guest checks printed up and scammed her own son out of thousands.

Like I said I live in upstate NY Catskills about an hour and a half from the GWB so I’m back and forth into Manhattan I went to the Academy of Dramatic Arts back in 1978 so I go to auditions still always looking for good restaurants!! This is a tourist spot locals don’t go here. Prince’s is the original hot chicken spot but to be honest most people in Nashville don’t even eat hot chicken. Go figure how Nashville became known for hot chicken cause I have no idea.

I will say my favorite steakhouse has been Gallaghers I started in 1978 when I was in college and I was dating the matride and I’ve been back through the steak Awsome blue point oysters my favorite and a bottle of either Pouilly Fume or a Beaujolais village of course starting with a dirty Stoly Martin shaken not stirred with stuffed olives with blue cheese to start with now that’s a fun night out with Awsome food I have to go soon delicious 🎉❤

Oh and I forgot The Golden Steer was I’ve been to The Golden steer Awsome and Oscars and Bazzar meats Bazzars tasting menu with wine pairing an experience you’ll never forget but the Golden Steer is my favorite steakhouse so far! I live in New York so I’m going to start here with the French steak and frites with that Awsome sauce first and Keen to try the muton at the end of May it’s a late mother’s day present! Cheers 🥂

Like many things these days, Galatorie's is NOT what it used to be. In the 70's and 80's, I ate here with my family at least 30 times and I am likely undercounting. In the last 5 years, I have been back twice. The food is not even close to what it once was.

Let's label that to the "social media creator" table!😂 I've seen a few other reviews of Keen's. Would hilarious if they were all at the same table!
